Maximizing Space with Parent-Child Modular Additions on Long Island

We did a full 2nd story modular addition with Scott and his team back in 2005. We put in 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom suite) , 2 full bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom) , a laundry area and nice closets. It was the best decision we ever made. Scott and his team were very professional, they worked with us on design, they were able to make our vision come true. It was certainly a lot faster than any other contractor coming in to stick build our addition, it was better and sturdier built, it was less hassle and best of all we had full use of the space in 39 days. Scott, Sebastian, Davis, and their team did a tremendous job designing and building our new home. We added 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room, on the 2nd floor of what was a small cape, plus a full front porch and storage attic. Everyone was professional, efficient and responsive through the design and build process, making sure we understood all the steps, the timetable, and cost. The craning day was an impressive gathering of contractors working together under Scott's direction.
